Below are some color ideas to get you started, and you can pick and choose from them depending on whether you'd like to do a biography, an autobiography, a friendship, or a relationship; but you might also wish to so something a little different, such as a garden, a voyage, a favorite book, or a beloved cat or dog. Anything is possible. My recommendation is to scribble a page full of memories, emotions, and ideas, and then select from there. I've also found that a mix of grand and tiny, abstract and specific, and serious and light-hearted creates a well-rounded, textured, and surprising combination that comes as close as possible to telling the whole story.
